I spend a minimum of 1.5 hours getting ready for each client making sure I look, smell and taste my best. While I do not expect the same amount of time from you I do expect you to be freshly showered, clean and fresh breathed. If you happen to be coming from somewhere this is not achievable I do have shower ammenties and all the supplies available to help you feel and look your best for our encounter. Just excuse yourself to freshen up upon arrival ☺️

As my time is very valuable to me any appointments that have a cancellation with less then 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the dollar equivalent of the time booked. This is required to be paid as soon as possible but absolutely necessary to be rebooked again.

No shows and last minute cancellations: As stated above any dates with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee. However dates that cancel with less than 2 hours notice or just decide not to show up will also be required to pay 50% of the next date upfront in order to rebook.

I understand that life happens and emergencies do arise, any long term clients will not have to pay these fees unless they feel the want to do so/ it becomes a reoccurring occurrence.
